Fat Loss Quickie Experience – Week 1 – Getting Started

Scott suggested that I document my journey on the Fat Loss Quickie Experience My goal in the first 3 weeks is just to change my mindset and to get into some great habits. I am really liking the daily cardio and weight training videos. I especially like the fact that the videos are in real time.  I call them — “my 10 minutes with Scott”.  My husband thought Scott was actually getting up and meeting me for a virtual training appointment – how funny.

I also really enjoyed the audio with Tom Venuto on mindset.  It explained the whole process clearly.  My issue has always been really making a decision to change and getting that decision to stay on a subconcious level.   I’m pretty sure that I’m going to learn that over the next three weeks :)

My issue was the weekend.  The good part was that I went for a great 5 mile walk (I’m training for a 1/2 marathon) and it was easier than last week.  The downside was that for some reason my nutritional habits go all the heck with my husband buys junk food.  I need to work on getting him NOT to bring in the junk because one I start eating caramel corn, I’m done for…
