Fourteen days into the challenge. My lesson learned this week is that you can get back on track again. I ended up in a bit of oblivion with my houseguests (yes, I did get some workouts in — but I also missed more than I should have). The left – and I picked up the exercise where I left off.
The most valuable part of this week has been the “motivational stuff” – lots of great information on figuring out what is really important to you and then acting on those values. I think that the key here is figuring out what you *really* want — not what you should want and then getting the why right. At this point, I’m still working on digging through all the shoulds — to get to the real goods — but like anything – being aware of the problem is the first step
