Building Your Business the Scalable Way

Picture 17 Many of my virtual assistant clients struggle with getting started.  If you spend any time on the Internet at all researching how to turn your knowledge into money online — you know first hand how easy it is to get overwhelmed.  There are so many things that you *could* do — it is hard to pick just one thing to do.  I call it “swimming in the Internet Marketing Soup Syndrome”

But… it really doesn’t have to be that way at all.  I just watched a preview video for Mark Joyner’s Simplology business coaching program.  In the video, he talks about Scalable Marketing Technology.  In other words, the ability to start small and add to increase your effectiveness as you become more successful.  The example he gives is that of creating a blog post and sending it to Digg (you could also tweet, stumble upon, post to facebook, etc.)  You start by creating a blog and a blog post.  You build by creating more blog entries, and even more blogs… step by step… block by block.  As you grow you can delegate more and more…

When you get to be as big as Mark Joyner — you can bribe people write posts for you on their blogs and digg them — thus increasing the traffic to your site by have hundreds and hundreds of incoming links.
